Abstract: The scale of proved nonproducing reserves in Dagang Oilfield is quite large，but most of them are low and deep reserves，which are difficult to develop，thus challenging the development and utilization of these reserves in an economic and orderly way. The experiences in reserves development practice is of guiding significance to the effective utilization of undeveloped reserves. By establishing the evaluation criteria on the developed zones，using the multiple regression method，we establish scoring formula of comprehensive evaluation of the development effect. Then we calculate the score of comprehensive evaluation of the development of the nonproducing reserves，with all the proven index data of the undeveloped zones，and rank such new zones according to capacity reserves so as to provide a theory reference for the future development of Dagang Oilfield.
