Abstract:

Currently，the ideological and political education of art students in comprehensive universities is faced with new challenges and difficulties. Dormitory culture construction is an important means of ideological and political education which contributes to the development of student behavior，and also reflects the level of campus culture. Taking dormitory culture construction in College of Art in Southwest Petroleum University for example，this paper analyzes the characteristics of art major students in comprehensive universities and current situation and the existing problems in their dormitory culture construction. According to the plan of university dormitory culture construction，we put forward approaches to dormitory culture construction for art major students，which include standardized management，humanistic care，arts and culture. We hope to provide references for management in colleges and universities to carry out ideological and political education.
