Scientific outlook on development is peopleoriented，comprehensive，coordinated，sustainable development concept，and the latest achievement of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The guidance of scientific outlook on development on promoting the development of old revolutionary base areas in Sichuan is not only about the wellbeing of the people，but also about achieving the goal of building a moderately prosperous society. This paper introduces the current situation of the development of the old revolutionary base areas in Sichuan. Based on the analysis of the difficulties and problems facing the old revolutionary base areas，and under the guidance of the scientific outlook on development，we provide suggestions on sustainable and healthy development the old revolutionary base areas the Sichuan.

Taking the Wenchuan earthquake as an example，we made a survey about the satisfaction of quakedisabled with social support，and analyzed different demographic characteristics of the disabled population，influences of such characteristics on their satisfaction with social support and differences in satisfaction among disabled groups with different demographic characteristics. The empirical investigation shows that the disabled have a high level of satisfaction with social support，particularly，with basic life support and medical rehabilitation support; secondly，there are significant differences in satisfaction with social support among groups with different levels of education，family income，rehabilitation conditions，working status and marital status. Therefore，we hold that the focus of social support should be shifted from meeting the survival needs to satisfying both survival and development needs.

Aging of population has become a social problem globally. At present，there exists a large elderly population in Beijing which grows fast，and the number of people of advanced age is on the rise. Based on this situation，we analyzed the impact of the aging population on economic and social development; and by adopting qualitative and quantitative methods，we discussed the serious challenges posed by aging population to the future cause of oldage security in Beijing: the increasing demand for oldage security fund and pension welfare institutions and personnel. This paper points out that the aging population is placing longterm and profound impacts on social and economic development in Beijing，and in response to the challenges，effective measures must be taken.

The subjects of civil litigation pursue three kinds of litigation values: internal main subjects pursue the efficiency of lawsuit and litigation justice，and the creator of civil litigation system pursues comprehensive benefit. With the final solution of civil disputes as the purpose of civil litigation，the three values can be achieved in the theory system. In practice，with the terminal solution of civil disputes as the purpose of civil litigation，judges may actively exercise discretion，and improve judicial efficiency and make up the loopholes in law. Therefore，the justiciability of civil disputes can be highlighted，and system construction strengthened by way of civil litigation，and the interference with civil judgments from other regulations and systems can be avoided.

General aviation is an important part of civil aviation in China. At present，the safety management legal system of private flight is mainly composed of The Civil Aviation Law of the People’s Republic of China，Interim Provisions of the State Council on General Aviation Management，Regulations of General Aviation Flight Administration，General Flight Rules of the People’s Republic of China，Provisions on Noncommercial General Aviation Registration Management，General Rules of Operation and Flight，Regulations of Civil Aircraft Pilot，and Flight Instructor and Ground Instructor Certification. According to the goal of civil aviation development and the state of general aviation development，we should improve the relevant legal system，formulate relevant security policies，and improve the security supervision and information system，and prevention and contingency measures. Besides，we also should strengthen the initial regulation and continuing supervision of general aviation.

At present，the legitimacy of the economic behaviors of local governments in China is mainly confirmed by the administrative authorization granted by the central government，the improved legalization and the recognition by the public for the achievements in economic development. However，with the deepening of reform and opening up，economic behaviors of local governments have displayed more and more problems. These problems have attracted public attention and have resulted strong dissatisfaction，which challenged the legitimacy of economic behaviors of local governments. Facing such predicament，the local government should improve the legitimacy of its economic behavior through channels like citizen autonomy organizations，public opinion and government performance.

Coordinate conjunction “jiang” in ancient Chinese originated from its verb usage by grammaticalization. The verb “jiang”，which means “lead or guide”，was between two nouns in the language of poetry，and was often followed by a stronger action verb. Therefore，the action meaning of the verb “jiang” would gradually weaken and in the end was grammaticalized into a coordinate conjunction by reanalysis. Poets then would consciously use the coordinate conjunction “jiang” with “yu” at the same time due to the innovative drive，so the use of “jiang” as a coordinate conjunction was enhanced in poetry writing. However，“jiang” was mainly used as a verb and adverb in ancient Chinese. Therefore，the coordinate conjunction usage of “jiang” did not take a dominant position. So in competition with other commonly used coordinate conjunctions，coordinate conjunction “jiang” gradually became a marginal component of the conjunction category，and eventually died out in modern Chinese.

By combining the writer’s mentality with the social environment of the production of the fiction，this paper interprets the imagery of “Twilight”in Remote Town in the following three aspects: diction，imagery，and theme. By summing up the occurrence of and analyzing the imagery of “Twilight”in the story，the author concludes that Remote Town shows the tragic gap between the worldly beings and the Gods (God Nuo in particular)，which represents the impact of Han culture on the Miao nationality. Therefore，Remote Town expresses Shen Congwen’s concern and worry about the cultural conflict between Miao and Han nationality，which is also his modern reflection.

Currently，the ideological and political education of art students in comprehensive universities is faced with new challenges and difficulties. Dormitory culture construction is an important means of ideological and political education which contributes to the development of student behavior，and also reflects the level of campus culture. Taking dormitory culture construction in College of Art in Southwest Petroleum University for example，this paper analyzes the characteristics of art major students in comprehensive universities and current situation and the existing problems in their dormitory culture construction. According to the plan of university dormitory culture construction，we put forward approaches to dormitory culture construction for art major students，which include standardized management，humanistic care，arts and culture. We hope to provide references for management in colleges and universities to carry out ideological and political education.
