Abstract: Aiming to promote the development of China and other countries along the Belt and Road,China built a platform for international cooperation that allows the involved countries to achieve mutual benefits and win-win results based on China's diplomatic concept of "prosperity and sincerity", and a far-reaching pattern for China's open development. However, the construction of the "Belt and Road" Initiative has brought some risks to China's social governance. How to construct a harmonious international relationship and a stable domestic environment to create a good model for China and the rest of the world in the context of the current global governance crisis and the globalization of economic development is a question worthy of serious studies. The "Belt and Road" Initiative corresponds with China's social governance innovation. Therefore, to optimize social governance in China have far-reaching significance in the implementation of the "Belt and Road" Initiative. We can create a favorable environment for the "Belt and Road" Initiative by renewing the social governance concept, building a stable social order,coordinating the interests of all sectors of society,forming good social sentiments,enhancing the recognition of social systems and by strengthening the cohesiveness of members of society.
