Evolutionary Game of Trust between Trading Parties on E-Commerce Platform

With the rapid development of e-commerce,trust in transactions in the virtual environment is becoming a prominent issue. The lack of trust between the trading parties is one of the main obstacles to the full and effective exertion of E-commerce potentials. Based on the dynamic game behavior characteristics of the two parties on the E-commerce platform, this paper determines the game payment matrix and the replication dynamic equation and constructs the evolutionary game model of trust between the two parties, and analyzes the key influencing factors affecting the transactions. The study reveals that operation cost, commodity price and extra earnings and expenditures on the sellers' part and the perceived value and extra loss on the buyers' part jointly exert influences on the evolution of the game. Therefore, the healthy development of E-commerce requires joint efforts by both the dealers and the platform,and further studies on evolutionary game need to be done about other relevant bodies in E-commerce like government, other online platforms and social media.

Aiming to promote the development of China and other countries along the Belt and Road,China built a platform for international cooperation that allows the involved countries to achieve mutual benefits and win-win results based on China's diplomatic concept of "prosperity and sincerity", and a far-reaching pattern for China's open development. However, the construction of the "Belt and Road" Initiative has brought some risks to China's social governance. How to construct a harmonious international relationship and a stable domestic environment to create a good model for China and the rest of the world in the context of the current global governance crisis and the globalization of economic development is a question worthy of serious studies. The "Belt and Road" Initiative corresponds with China's social governance innovation. Therefore, to optimize social governance in China have far-reaching significance in the implementation of the "Belt and Road" Initiative. We can create a favorable environment for the "Belt and Road" Initiative by renewing the social governance concept, building a stable social order,coordinating the interests of all sectors of society,forming good social sentiments,enhancing the recognition of social systems and by strengthening the cohesiveness of members of society.

The principal position of people is the core of in Xi Jinping's concept of governing the country (hereinafter referred to as Xi Jinping thought on people),and is the soul and essence of Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for the new era. Xi Jinping thought on people originated from the era of building a well-off society to achieve shared development, of pursuing the great rejuvenation of China's dream, and of socialist undertakings in an all-round way. It is based on the new socialist practice of governing the country with Chinese characteristics and the Marxist ideology. It draws on the people-oriented thought in traditional Chinese culture, inheriting and innovating the Party's thoughts of people. Xi Jinping thought on people upholds the people's principal position, practicing the mass line and exerting the major force of the people, insisting on shared development,responding to the people's appeals,and adhering to the people-centered development thought. Xi Jinping thought on people has opened up a new realm of Marxist theory on people, which is conducive to building a core value system in the new era,providing an operational guidance for promoting social fairness and justice and solving the major issues in the new era of China's socialist construction, and therefore, fuels the development of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics and the realization of the Chinese dream in the new era.

Contemporary Chinese socialism is at a turning point from being rich to being strong, and only by taking new opportunities of growth can Chinese socialism thrive. Social decline is the result of many factors:the emergence of new social crises, the increase of international and geopolitical conflicts, the increase of social instability, and the increase of ideological crises all contribute to social decline. For sustainable development of contemporary socialism,China must solve problems in its development by injecting new impetus into the economy and by improving the level of opening up to the outside world with more united social consensus. At present,the supply-side reform,the "Belt and Road" initiative,the concepts of "human community of common destiny" and "Chinese Dream" and the "Five Development Ideas" have provided favorable new opportunities for growth. In view of this, further strengthening party leadership and party building, adhering to the people-centered principle, strengthening the dominant position of Marxist ideology, and establishing "Four Self-confidences" constitute the premise, the foundation, the core and the focus of contemporary Chinese socialism's development.

Social risk is not equal to criminal risk, but they overlap each other in that social risk can be changed into criminal risk through criminal policy. The risk criminal law is a "conscious" result of modern criminal law's encounter with risk,and it is the homogenous component of modern criminal law system. China is now in the risk society, which is manifested in serious damage to public security and public interest, and the increase in the quantity of the shift of major social conflicts. In response to risk society,risk criminal law theory can contribute to the construction of a harmonious integration of social system and law. The theoretical studies of risk criminal law should be launched in respects of reality and the necessity, focusing on dogmatic researches on risk criminal law and on prevention of risks through criminal law respectively.

The TV drama Story of Yanxi Palace was launched this summer, and has been sought after because of its exquisite settings, refreshing plot and the catering of the collective mood of the current TV viewers, and has aroused a discussion on "cool culture". This kind of "fantasy", which relies on capital operation and entertainment industry to tempt Youth's desires, creates a kind of "heterotopia" which enables young audience to get a psychological compensation in the real dilemma they cannot escape. However, the heroine in the drama carries more of the emotional expression of modern young women and their expectation of reshaping female characters, but does not suggest a way for modern women to seek subjectivity in their interaction with family, group and society. The "young" narrative in Story of Yanxi Palace may lead to self-expansion in youth in reality. Thus cool culture should improve its expression of "modern self" in a wider perspective.

Three pairs of soul-mates were presented in Bronte Sisters' works. Their affection was restrained at material, moral and spiritual levels. At material level, the idea of class was still strong in 19th century in England. When people got married, they valued not only financial basis but also social status. Class difference was unacceptable either to the noble or to the middle class. Because of the lack of sound marriage laws, the Victorians with high moral awareness restrained people's choice of marital partners with morality. The marital choice had to be made according to the moral standards, otherwise it would suffer punishment. Although the relationship between the married couples was unequal, there were happy couples who could communicate at spiritual level and had deep affection with each other,like the soul-mates in Bronte Sisters'works,which praised highly of the perfect matching of social status in marriage, stressed the purity of it and appreciate the love and respect in marriage.

The interactive relation between construction and its constructional components has been a key issue in the field of construction grammar. Goldberg proposed "mutual interaction between the verb and construction" to explain the fusion;yet in the practice of construction realization, construction grammar overemphasized the coercion of construction over the verb but minimized the contribution of verb meaning to the construction,and neglected the systemic study of cognitive meaning of constructional components. Based on the perspective of interaction between construction and its components, the paper proposes that the emergence of schematic construction results from an integrated mechanism by interaction of coercion and inheritance and then analyzes the constructional properties of redundant negation construction "haobu X" (好不 X) in Chinese within the self-built closed corpus so as to prove the mechanism's explanation. The research findings are as follows:(1) construction coercion and lexical coercion is bi-directionally interactive; (2) the constructional characteristics dynamically inherit from the multi-inheritance model; (3) the emergence of schematic construction is from the "interactive-coercion-inheritance model".
