Constructing a Bigdata-based Talent Evaluation Mechanism for Philosophy and Social Sciences talents

Abstract: The evaluation mechanism of philosophy and social sciences talents is an important basis for the promotion of the innovative development of philosophy and social sciences. At present, practical difficulties exist in the talent evaluation mechanism of philosophy and social sciences talents in China. The rapid development of information technology especially big data technology has had a great impact on the evaluation of philosophy and social science talents,improving the standardization, accuracy and predictability, transparency and fairness. The big data environment offers a foundation for the innovation of the philosophy and social science talent evaluation mechanism with diversified evaluation subjects, objective evaluation standards and fair evaluation procedures. And the goal of promoting the legalized, scientific and standardized development of talent evaluation is achieved by improving the construction of talent laws and regulations and establishing an open and integrated platform of talent resource data sharing.
