Abstract: Modern apprenticeship is common in vocational education. However, the master and apprentice relationship has long been an important means of training and improving practice ability in lawyers, judges, prosecutors, corporate legal consultants, etc. This lays the foundation for the introduction of modern apprenticeship in the cultivation of undergraduate law talents. In order to make modern apprenticeship better used in universities, law schools and law firms, courts, procuratorates, enterprises, etc. need to cooperate closely to optimize talent training programs and to improve the curriculum system by dividing the courses into three modules:courses for quality cultivation, courses for core jurisprudence competence, and courses for professional practice, and by strengthening the management of talent training process and innovation training models.
