Abstract: Southwest strategic gas region covers Yunnan，Sichuan，Chongqing and Guizhou. It is now an integrated natural gas market comprising the production，distribution and sale of natural gas at home. Its supplyanddemand balance affects the social economy development and social stability and harmony of southwest China. It is an important measure to establish natural gas market reserve system in the strategic gas region based on the social responsibility of natural gas enterprises for maintaining regional energy security，regional social stability and construction harmonious society.
