Abstract: “Love and marriage” has become a tough issue in administration of higher education institutions.University authorities are faced with various difficulties in dealing with relevant cases.The author makes a review about issues of love，marriage and child bearing involving fulltime college students on campus and relevant regulations and management difficulties.Based on s study on corresponding measures taken by university authorities，the author then suggests some management measures from the perspective of both theoretical concept and practical application.
