Abstract:

：Market economy has greatly changed people′s life，which makes

community the only effective way to organize common citizens.With civil

autonomy as their nature，communities exclude hierarchy and uphold

equality.Therefore，communities cannot be too large as any large social

groups inevitably involve hierarchy.Communities are the foundation of the

nation in which residents learn to be conscious citizens of PRC who enjoy

equal rights and assume their obligations.In the process of urbanization，

communities will play more important and effective role in organizing

citizens.
