Abstract: This paper introduces a kind of machinery which can simulate the wear conditions or mwingparts in relatively complex motion, analyzes its trace velocity, and acceleration by means of the drawing method and analysis method, and prints s-t,v-t, a-t curves with the help of a computer, On the basis of it，a wear testing machine is designed to study the wear forms of,various moving parts made from different materials in complex motion
