摘要:

本文介绍了1050型压裂泵阀箱钢—43CrNi2MoV的疲劳断裂试验研究。一系列的实验表明,回火温度影响着钢的疲劳断裂强度,在约620℃回火时,可以获得高的疲劳断裂抗力;表面淬火后再喷丸硬化和表面爆炸强化可以明显提高钢的疲劳寿命;25%的盐酸溶液使钢的裂纹形成和扩展加快。

Abstract: This paper introduces the experimental study of fatigue fracture of 1050 type box steel 43CrNi_2MoV.A series of experiments showed that tempering temperature influences steel s fatigue properties when the temperature is about 620℃; steel 43CrNi_2MoV has a high fatigue fracture strength; high frequency surface treatment adding in shot peening and surface explosive hardening obviously enhances steel s fatigue life; and hydrochloric acid solution causes fatigue crack to engender and expand much faster.
