摘要:

本文对低温回火态的42CrMo钢的激光相变硬化进行了实脸研宪,试验了激光相变硬化处理的工艺参数对硬化层显微组织、硬化深度、显微硬度交化以及对耐磨性能的影响.结果表明:经激光相变硬化处理后,42CrMo钢的表面层硬度可达Hvll50,硬化层的显微组织主要高缺陷密度的隐针马氏体.与常规淬火处理相比,显微硬度提高一倍多,耐磨性提高四倍左右.最后探讨了激光相变硬化的机理.

Abstract:

This paper studies the laser transformation hardening of 42CrMo steel at low temperature tempering condition,and carries out experiments on the effect of technical parameters of laser treatment on the microstructures,on the depth of laser hardening,and on the change of hardness in the hardening layer and wearing resistance. The results from experiments show that the microh}rdness of laser hardened zone may be as high as Hv1150. The microstruc tures are mainly oryptocrystalline martensite with a high density of dislocation. Its microhardness can be doubled,and its wearing resistance can be increased by four times or so. At the end,the paper discusses the mechanism of laser transformation hardening.
