摘要: 本文在[5]的基础上,进一步开发出复合溶剂萃取法用于直馏柴油脱酸和回收环烷酸的工艺流程。研究表明,该工艺的环烷酸脱除率达97%以上,精制后柴油质量满足GB252-77质量标
准;复合溶剂经蒸馏回收可循环使用,同时得到了环烷酸副产品;该工艺不产生三废,有利于环境
保护,克服了柴油碱电精制和硫酸中和法回收环烷酸的缺点。

Abstract: On the basis of [5], this paper further develops the technology that naphthenic acid is removed and recovered from straight - run diesel by the complex solution extraction method. The test shows that this process is rather efficient with more than 97 % of naphthenic acid removed. The quality of the treated diesel fuel is high enough to meet specification of GB252-77 . The composite solvent can be used repeatedly after it is recovered by
distillation, and in the meanwhile the by-products of naphthenic acid is obtained. This process eliminates the“three wastes”and is favourable to environmental protection. This process also overcomes the deficiencies of sodafining-electric treatment and surfuric acid neutralization methods.
