摘要: 在现代钻井作业中,加重剂的分离和回收显得越来越重要。通过理论计算和实验分析,并借助于Matlab的图形处理及优化算法,直观地得到了固相回收率和粒度分布的关系。固相粒度分布和回收率关系的确定,有利于进一步研究离心机固液相分离机理,对于充分发挥离心机的分离回收功用,更好地回收加重剂,节约矿产资源提供了可靠的依据。

Abstract: In the modern drilling operation, the separation and recycle of weighting-materials become more and more important.Through theoretical calculation and experimental analysis and according to the graphic processing and optimal algorithm,the distribution curves of solid-phase recycled rate and granularity distribution are obtained.The determination of the relation between solid-phase granularity distribution and recycled rate is favorable to research the solid-liquid-phase separation mechanism of centrifuge,which provides credible basis for recovering weighting-material and saving resource.
