摘要: 通过对国内外液压泥浆泵与传统三缸泵对比,指出液压钻井泵比三缸泵具有更好的钻井
性能和社会经济效益,是钻井泵技术发展的新趋势,提出了735kW液压钻井泵技术方案,介绍
了该方案的主要结构及作用原理,并论证了它具有充分的可行性和可能性。

关键词: 钻井泵, 液压系统, 可行性研究

Abstract: This paper points out,by comparing hydraulic drilling pumps with conventional tri-cylinder drilling pumps,that the former possess better drilling performance,and social and economic benefit than the latter,and therefore represent the new develpment of drilling pump technology.This paper also offers an approach to the design of 1000 HP hydraulic drilling pumps,presents the construction and working principle of a kind of hydraulic drilling pumps,and expounds the feasibility and possibility of the approach.
