摘要: 从水泥化学角度出发,分析了CO2在较低温度(〈110℃)下对油井水泥石碳化腐蚀的机理,并应用热力学方法计算了油井水泥熟料矿物及水化产物在温环境下受CO2侵蚀的条件。还针对国内富含CO2油气田的实际情况,提出了不同地层温度下防止CO2腐蚀水泥环的措施,推荐了判断CO2腐蚀程度的参考判据。

Abstract: The carbonation mechanism of CO2 corrosion on oilwell cement shearth at temperatres lower than 110℃is analyzed from a cement chemistry point of
view, and thecriteria of corrosion are discussed on the basis of thermodynamic principles. Ways to pre-vent oilwell cement shearth from CO2 corrosion for
domestic oilfields with high CO2 concentrations are proposed. A (cited ) criterion for predicting carbon-ation of the shearth is also recommended.
