天然气合成石油工艺的发展

摘要: 将天然气转化为液体燃料(GTL),在战略上可为石油的接替准备一条途径,目前也可用于边远廉价天然气的开发利用,因此这一工艺的开发具有重要意义。文中评价了已工业化的三种工艺、即将工业化的三种工艺和正在开发的几种工艺,讨论了有助于降低投资及操作费用的技术发展特点。还讨论了气价对产品成本的影响,并认为:GTL工艺的开发不仅是企业行为,而且应为政府行为。

Abstract: As one of the strategic alternatives of liquid petroleum, gas to liquid (GTL) has already wit-nessed the development and utilization of remote and
cheap gas resources. This paper evaluates the three industrialized technologies, three technologies to be industrialized and several technologies under develop-ment, and discusses their characteristics conducive to
reducing investment and operation cost. The influ-ence of gas price to production cost is also discussed.Finally, the author comes to the conclusion that the development of GTL should be not only enterprise’s but also government’s behavior.
