摘要: 针对机抽井系统效率比较低的实际情况,结合新疆克拉玛依油田开发现状,将地质与工程相结合,从储层流入动态、环空测试、机抽系统整体优化角度出发,对抽汲参数和系统硬件进行优化配置,建立了间歇抽油井工作制度数学模型,加强了机抽井的计算机管理与实时监测,提出了较系统的研究思路和方法,以提高机械采油系统效率,为低渗低产油田的开发开辟了更为广阔的思路。

Abstract: According to the actual cases of the low system efficiency of pump unit and under the actual exploitation conditions in Kelamayi Oilfield, the mathematical models of intermittent pumping well was established in the paper. The models include the parameters of the reservoir inflowing, annular testing, and
pump unit optimizing system, as well as the whole system hardware configuration. It improved the computer management and real - time monitor, and presented an informative approach to improve the system efficiency. It also provides a guidance meaning for exploiting low permeability and production oilfield.
