导向钻井系统导向钻进水平井段的理论与实践

摘要: 导向技术的研究与试验在胜利油田取得了圆满成功,获得了较好的试验效果,推广的300余口井初步统计节约成本上亿元,经济效益十分显著。在水平井井眼轨迹控制施工中,导向钻井系统在斜井段和水平段的施工中均获得了显著的技术经济效益。在对导向钻井技术研究和指导水平井井眼轨迹控制现场施工过程中,对水平井段导向钻井进行了探索,应用加权残值法编制了导向钻具受力分析软件并着重对复合钻进增斜力进行了初步研究。在理论研究和现场实践中得到了一些有价值的结论,提出了单弯单稳型导向钻具导向钻进水平段的优化措施。

Abstract:

Steerable drilling technology has been successfully applied in Shengli Oilfield. Hundred millions RMB cost was saved from 300 wells. Steerable drilling technology made notable technical-economic benefit during drilling inclined section and horizontal section. During theoretic research and field practice, we researched the steerable drilling horizontal section, programmed the mechanical analysis software of steerable drilling assembly with Weighted Residuals Method, and studied the rotary drilling build-angle force. Finally, some valuable conclusions are obtained from theoretic research and field practice, and the paper presented some proposals on further improving the horizontal drilling ability of single-benthousing, single-stabilizer type steerable drilling assembly.
