摘要:

天然气压缩机在石油工业中得到广泛应用,已成为油气生产的关键设备。介绍了一种硬、软件结合的天然气压缩机工况监测系统,利用现代传感测试技术和计算机技术,能实时有效地监测各单台压缩机组运行过程中的15个重要参数。具有以下功能:实时全屏显示各参数变化曲线及监测数据,记录、存贮、打印压缩机组运行情况日报表和月报表,超限报警停机,客观、科学地分析判断压缩机组运行故障,初步实现设备的预测维修,以保证压缩机安全、可靠地工作,提高设备的使用效率和现代化管理水平。可用于天然气采输过程中各增压站。

Abstract:

The natural gas compressor has been widely used in oil industries and has been the important equipment in oil and gas production. This paper introduced an operating condition monitoring system for natural gas compressor by combining hardware with software. This system adopted the modern sensor test and computer techniques can be used to monitor 15 important parameters of a compressor in operation. Its functions: Displaying the curves and data of parameters on screen in time, recording, storing and printing the daily and monthly report of compressor in operation, sounding the alarm bell and stopping operation when the operating parameters exceed the limitation, fault detecting, realizing preventative maintenance of compressor. It can enhance the effect of utilization the manage level for the compressor.
