酸液三维流动反应数值计算模型研究

摘要:

酸浓度分布计算是酸压模拟设计的重要内容,传统的酸岩反应模型都是基于酸液的一维流动,认为酸液在裂缝中段塞式地推进,忽略了裂缝高度方向酸液流动及地层垂向非均质等因素引起的酸岩纵向反应速度的变化。酸压裂缝在高度延伸过程中必然导致酸液的纵向流动,推导出了考虑酸液在裂缝中纵向流动反应的三维酸岩反应数值模型。该模型能模拟酸液在裂缝流动过程中沿裂缝长度、宽度及高度方向的浓度变化,比传统酸浓度计算模型具有更好的适应性。

Abstract:

In traditional acid concentration models, acid flow in the fracture is assumed to be one-dimensional flow and piston-like displacement without considering the acid flow across the fracture height and the vertical variation of reaction rate due to formation heterogeneity. In reality, vertical acid flow must exist during fracture height expending. In this work a 3D numerical model of acid transport and reaction is derived with consideration of acid flow across the fracture height. With this model, acid concentration distribution along the fracture length, fracture width and fracture height can be simulated.
