高含水井调剖堵水技术及现场应用分析

摘要: 百色油田仑16块已进入高含水采油期,为改善区块开发效果,提高采收率,调剖堵水是一项有效的工艺技术措施。通过大量的室内实验研究,从堵剂的类型及封堵机理,优选出符合仑16块储层特点、价格合理的粘土类堵剂及其使用浓度,并优选出适合油田开发特征的工艺方案,确定了大剂量封堵储层大孔道,达到深部调剖的区块整体调剖堵水技术。通过对仑16块不同注水井组进行现场施工,工艺取得了突破,有明显的增油降水效果,取得了较好的经济效益,并为百色油田今后解决调剖堵水难题提供了宝贵的经验。

Abstract: Since Block Lun 16 of Baise Oilfield has stepped into high water cut production phase, an effective profile control/water shutoff technology was applied to improve oil recovery. On the basis of numerous Lab experiments, a new clay HPAM agent and its concentration adapted to Block Lun 16 reservoir charac-
teristic were selected to block the distant larger reservoir chan-nels in order to adjust profile control. After the practical appli-cation of the new agent to a couple of well groups in Block Lun 16 of Baise Oilfield, the oil rate increased remarkably while the water cut declined, which will be a successful experience for the whole oilfield to solve the profile control/water shutoff problem.
