SZ36-1油田三种水源水混注的实验研究

摘要: SZ36-1油田提供的注入水水样为海水、污水和地层水。注入水的结垢是影响该油田注水井吸水能力和油田注水开发效果的重要因素。水分析结果表明,海水中SO2-4浓度高达3 670 mg/L,因此,注水时特别注意与海水混合水源水的Ba2+浓度,以免产生BaSO4垢。三种水源水中均含有一定量的HCO-3,注水时需考虑由于温度变化打破水系统的平衡而产生CaCO3垢。用正交方法对三种水源水混合水样在常温下(20℃)和地层温度(60℃)结垢趋势进行了实验研究,结果表明,三种水源水的混合水样的最大结垢量在地层温度和常温下相差很大(分别为139 mg/L和12 mg/L);同时,得到了三种水源水混注的最佳配比和最差配比,为该油田的清水/污水/海水混注提供了可靠依据。

Abstract: The injected water samples offered by SZ36-1 oil field are seawater, sewage and formation water. The scale produced by the injection water is one of the important factors that impac jection of flooding wells and developing effect in the oil field. Analysis results of water show that the concentration of SO2-4is as high as 3670 mg/L in seawater, which requires special attention to the concentration of Ba2+in source water that mixed with seawater during flooding in order to avoid generating BaSO4scale. In addition, there are some HCO-3ions in the three kinds of source water, so it is essential to consider the fact that the changing of temperature breaks the balance of water system and generates CaCO3scale. The tendency of scaling of the mixed samples of three kinds of source water is studied under the formation temperature (60℃) and the normal temperature (20℃) by the perpendicular method. Results show that the maximums of scale of the mixed samples of three kinds of
source water are very different (they are 139 mg/L and 12 mg/L) under the different temperatures. At the same time, the optimal and the worst mixture ratio of the mixed sample of three kinds of source water are obtained respectively. It provides a reliable basis for injecting mixed formation water, sewage and seawater of the oil field.
