摘要: 由于高温深井泥浆本身具有粘度大、密度高以及成分复杂等特点,导致在MTC浆体中泥浆分散剂分散作用甚微,甚至根本无法配浆。从MTC浆体的增稠原理出发,合成出含非离子型基团的多种改性聚氧乙烯类物质的MTC高温分散剂SSOB。该分散剂加量小、分散能力强,不影响MTC浆体的稠化时间、抗压强度等其他性能,与其他外加剂(激活剂、缓凝剂等)相容性好等优点,使MTC浆体具有优良的综合性能,从而为高温深井油气的开发的MTC技术提供了保证,具有广阔的发展和应用前景

Abstract: Due to the high temperature deep well slurry has the characteristic of high viscosity, high density and complex component, the slurry dispersant has little dispersing effect in Mud to Cement(MTC)mud body and cannot make the slurry. A dispersant SSOB which contains various modified polyethylene gly-
col substance with nonionic groups has been developed. The SSOB dispersant has the character of low dosage, good dispersing properties, and no influence on the performance such as the thickening time, the compression strength etc. Moreover, the dispersant is compatible with other additional chemicals (activa-
tor, retarder etc.), makes slurry the excellent comprehensive properties, improves the cementing quality of the deep well and complication well, supplies the guarantee for the exploitation of hydrocarbon reservoir in the high temperature deep well and has wide prospect of development and application.
