渤海高渗高孔油田酸化分流技术研究及应用

摘要:

针对我国已开发的最大的海上高孔高渗稠油油田—绥中361油田层系多,油层厚,储层孔隙度和渗透率高,层间渗透率差异大,酸化注酸时同层吸酸能力十分悬殊,岩石胶结疏松等特点,提出了一套简便、有效、可操作性强的酸液分流技术,研制出了适宜于该油田的酸化分流剂,进行了系统地试验评价和计算机模拟。研究表明筛选的分流剂能够有效实现该油田酸化酸液合理分流,酸化后能够溶于产出液中,对储层无负作用。采用该分流技术能够有效解决渗透率差异较大的多层油层酸化中布酸问题,显著提高酸化效果。此外,该分流剂的应用还可在一定程度上限制油井含水率。该项分流技术现场应用简单、方便,已在渤海绥中361油田和其他油田获得推广应用,效果显著。该技术对于类似油田酸化有较强的借鉴意义。

Abstract:

Aimed at Suizhong 36-1 oilfield of Bohai Bay, which was characteristic of multi-layer, thick oil layers, high permeability and porosity, loosely consolidation of the rocks and the dramatically var inene mabiyaswell as acid absorbability, asimple, effective and practicable diverting acid technique together with the diverting agent suitable to the field was put forward, and the performance evaluation and computer simulation were carried out systematically. Research suggests that this diverting agent, which was soluble in the producing liquids and has no side effects on reservoir, can accomplish reasonable acid diverting of this field successfully. This new technology can effectivelye ob asibution in acid treatment of multi-zone reservoir varied in permeability and improve acidizing effect significantly. The application of the agent can also decrease water cut to some extent. The technique has been widely used in Suizhong 36-1 and other oilfield in Bohai Bay, and yielded desired results. The application of this technique in Bohai Bay was used for reference of acidizing similar oilfield.
