固体酸性能评价及与碳酸盐岩反应特性的研究

摘要: 高温深井储层酸压改造如何造成足够长的动态裂缝,如何有效延缓高温条件下酸岩反应速度,使得活性酸尽可能深入地层深部,实现深度酸压是碳酸盐岩储层的难点之一。固体酸是一种新型酸化材料,正常状态下呈非活性,激活后可分解出具有强氧化性的HNO3。针对目前国内外对固体酸在碳酸盐岩储层酸化尚存在的问题,对固体酸性能、影响因素进行了试验分析,并对固体酸与碳酸盐岩的反应特性进行了试验研究。结果表明:采用一定的置放技术,固体酸可有效延缓与碳酸盐岩的反应,具有与盐酸相同的溶解能力。

Abstract: It is one of the difficulty issues that how long the fracture is formed and how the speed of acid with rock reaction is reduced so as to active acid penetrating through deeper layer during acidizing in carbonate. Powder acid is a novel material for acidizing and is of inactive in usual condition, and can be broken out of HNO3 with strong oxidation. Aiming at existent problems on the powder acid in acidizing at present around the world, performance and influencing factors have been analyzed in laboratory. Reaction characteristics of the powder acid with carbonate have been investigated. Results indicate that reaction of the powder acid with carbonate can be retarded effectively by using some special place technique and capacity of dissolving carbonate is identical with hydrochloric acid.
