直馏汽油芳构化技术的应用及改进

Application and Improvement of the Tecnology of Straight-Run Gasoline Aromatization

摘要: 广西田东石油化工总厂20kt/a直馏汽油芳构化装置应用洛阳石油化工工程公司开发的专利技术,生产出高辛烷值汽油和液化气。所产汽油辛烷值(RON)达90,是90#无铅汽油的优良调合组分,产品收率(液化汽+汽油)达93.29%,LAC型芳构化催化剂具有很高的活性和稳定性,近4年的运行结果表明,该装置安全可靠。对操作方案和部分管线改造后:有效解决了反应器阀门泄漏问题;氮气消耗量从95040m3/a降为500m3/a仅为原来的0.5%;催化剂再生时间从144h降为72h;催化剂再生用电1.75×105kw.h/a,仅为原来的50%;节约操作费用1.02×106元/a。

Abstract: One 20kt/a straight-run gasoline aromatization unit in GuangXi TianDong General Petrochemical Works adopting a patent technology that developed by Luo Yang Petrochemical Engineering Company has produced high octane gasoline and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG). The evaluation data has indicated that the LAC catalyst has higher activity and stability, the octane number (RON) of gasoline produced by straight-run gasoline aromatization is higher than 90 and it is a suitable blending stock to 90# lead-free gasoline. The production yield (gasoline +LPG) is up to 93.29%.The running state has shown that the unit is reliable. After the improvement of the operating project and process lines, leaking of the valve of the reactor is solved effectively, and the consumption of nitrogen is reduced from 95040m3/a to 500m3/a, only 0.5% of the initial consumption. The regenerated time for the catalyzer is reduced from 6 days to 3 days. The consumption of the electricity for the catalyzer regenerating is 1.75×105(kw·h)/a, it is 50% of the initial consumption. Running expenses have saved 1.02×106yuan/a
