钻井液润湿性对固井Ⅰ、Ⅱ界面胶结质量的影响

摘要: 利用自行设计的HmP岩心滤失简易装置,近似模拟井下条件形成泥拼,并考察不清洗、清洗、清除并清洗3种情况下岩心与水泥装的剪切胶结强度;同时,用金属棒模拟套管进行相应实验。研究表明:钻井液润湿性对固井I、Ⅱ界面胶结强度的影响非常大,与水基钻井液相比,油基钻井液形成的界面胶结强度降低了近15%。因此,在设计前里液时合理使用润湿反转别很有必要。

Abstract:

Used self-designed HTHP core filtration simple apparatus, similarly simulated borehole conditions to form mud cake,and examined shear cementing strength between~and cement slurry iwnot cleaning, cleaning, clearing and cleaning condilions. Moreover, used metal stick to simulate casing and didcorresponding experiment. The result was shown that the effect of the wettability of drilling fluid on cementing strength of I and II interfaces in cementing job was enormous; compered to wate-base drilling fluid, the interface cementing sirenformedfrom oil-base drilling fluid decreased by 15%.Consequently ,
it is very necessary to use wettahility reversal agent when designing pad fluid.
