蒙脱石与酸反应固柑变化实验研究

摘要: 摘要:利用X'Pert PRO -X谢线衍射分析仪、XL- 30能语电镜分析等岩矿测试手段,系统评价了蒙脱石在5% HCl ,0.5%HF+S%HCI,1.0%HF+S%HCI,0.5%HF,l.O%HF,8%HBF4,5%HCl t7%HBFQ七种常见酸体系中的化学行为,重点分析了酸液反应后蒙脱石固相参数的变化特征。研究指出:酸对蒙脱石晶体中的铝氧八面体破坏性强于硅氧四面体,导致残酸中硅/铝(Si/Al)元素重量比值比理论值低,酸性残余物中刚好相反。7% HB凡和7% HBF4 +5%HC1两体系与蒙脱石反应2小时后d(001)晶面破坏,并出现新峰,因此F,B等有利于促进蒙脱石矿物转化。

Abstract: The chemical reactions of smectite with the acid 5% HCI. 0. 5% HF+5% HCI. 1. 0% HF+5 % HCl systems of0. 5% HF,1. 0% HF, 8% HB凡,7% HB凡+5% HCl have been systemati-tally investigated场utilizing X' Pert PRO X一ray and XL -30 spectral SEM, etc. The change of solid-phase parameters of remaining smectite after reaction has been especially analyzed. It is concluded the value of Si/Al in residual acid fluid is lower and Si/Al value of the ning smectite is higher than the the-oretical prediction because alumina octahedral is more corroded
by acids than silicon-oxygen tetrahedral. After 2 hours of reac-lions between smectite and 7% HB凡&7% HBF,+5% HCI, it is found that d ( 001)crystal surface has been ruined and new peak has been observed, therefore, Fand Betc. are helpfulfor mineral transformation from smectite.
