摘要: 为了建立适用于井喷失控后完全开敞空间可燃性气云爆燃的数学模型,将可燃性气云爆燃与气云形成二者结合进行研究。运用CFD方法对井喷失控气云形成过程及爆燃模拟仿真,求解得出任意时刻下可燃范围内的气云形状大小,然后再求解在不同浓度区域点火引发爆燃的压力场、温度场随时间变化关系,通过比较得出最小危险点火区域。求解结果与文献实验结果吻合较好,此研究成果可对井喷失控气云爆燃危害性进行预测,有助于确定井喷失控后进行点火的最佳位置,避免井场重大天然气爆燃事故的发生。

Abstract: In order to acquire a mathematical model which can be adapted to unrestricted flammable vapor cloud deflagration,the research on vapor cloud explosion together with the diffusion calculation is carried out.In this paper,computational fluid dynamics method based on simulating the vapor cloud diffusion and deflagration calculation is used.The optimal ignition region is obtained by comparing the results of deflagration pressure and temperature varying with time which are ignited in different fuel concentration.The results of calculation are well in agreement with experimental data,it can be used to predict the hazard-range of vapor cloud explosion and determine the optimal ignition region.
