液力反馈泵无油管采油工艺杆柱力学分析

摘要:

针对常规无油管有杆泵采油存在的杆柱下行困难,造成杆柱受压弯曲、偏磨等问题,通过分析液力反馈泵无油管采油抽油杆柱在抽油机上、下冲程中的受力状况,建立了液力反馈泵杆柱力学分析模型。基于该模型,结合油井生产系统优化设计技术,分析了液力反馈泵无油管采油生产系统运行中冲程、泵径、原油黏度等主要因素对悬点载荷的影响,得出了该工艺抽汲参数选择的一般规律。通过实例计算与常规抽油泵进行了对比分析,结果表明:液力反馈泵在杆柱受力、抽油机的扭矩功率以及杆柱疲劳强度等方面均可有效改善油井工况指标,从而提高了无油管采油工艺的适用性,改善了油田开发效益。

Abstract:

In view of the problems of roof bolt downpass difficulty existing in traditional beam pump production with tubingless production system,the stress situation of oil pumping roof bolt of hydraulic feedback pump in the up and downpass is analyzed,and the roof bolt dynamics analysis model of hydraulic feedback pump is set up.Based on the model and optimization design technology of production system,the major influencing factors of system operation including stroke,pump diameter and oil viscosity is analyzed,and the general law of pumping parameter selection of this technology is obtained.The contrasting analysis with traditional pump is carried out through practical example,hydraulic feedback pump stress in roof bolt,torque power of pumping unit and the roof bolt fatigue intensity etc.may all well improve operational mode index.Also,it can improve the economic level of oilfield production.
