安徽全椒海泡石配浆性能研究

摘要: 超深井和地热井泥浆要解决的主要问题是抗高温。从72年到76年,Carnery(1976)在实验室内研究了用海泡石配制抗高温泥浆的可能性。结果发现,用海泡石和其它添加剂配制的泥浆在很宽的温度范围内都有合适的流变性和失水性能,适合钻地热井和超深井。到78年,美国和加拿大已经用海泡石泥浆打了90多口井。迄今世界上只有美、日两国能够生产配浆用的海泡石(海泡石原土并不能配浆)。

Abstract: Sepiolite of economical value has been found at Quanjiao county, Anhui province and at some other places in China.we made a series of experiments to study its mud-making capacity, rheological properties and various factors affecting the properties of the mud made from it, then, we practically applied the mud in fields.The sepiolite can build up viscosity in all kinds of water, increasing its yield point without increase of plastic viscosity, and the mud yield is as high as 80 M~3/T.
