单喷咀能提高机械钻速

摘要: 本文对三牙轮钻头下的喷咀数量、组合对井底净化的影响作了系统的实验研究和理论分析。实验和分析结果表明,随着喷咀直径比值的减小和喷咀数量的减少,井底净化能力不断提高。在目前的喷咀布置下,以单喷咀最好。

Abstract: This paper conducts a systematic experimental investigation into the effect of the number and configuration of nozzles on bottom-hole cleaning and makes a detailed theoretical analysis of the results. The experimental and analytical results show that the capability of scavenging the bottom-hole increases continuously as the ratio between diameters of nozzles and their number decrease. A single nozzle is the best of the configurations of nozzles present.
