摘要: 通过试验,分析硼矾共渗处理后所得共渗层的组织结构、共渗处理工艺参数对共渗处理效果的影响及其渗后模具的耐磨性能。结果表明经硼钒共渗处理后钢的耐磨性能大大提高,模具的使用寿命比处理前成倍提高。

Abstract: This paper deals with the application of the boron-vanadium-doping technique to dies. The experimental analyses have been made of the microstructures and wear resistance of the boron-vanadium-doping layer of die steel, and of the influence of technological parameters on it. The results show that the wear resistance of dies after the treatment is improved so much that their working life becomes many times longer than that before the treatment.
