摘要: 随着油藏经营管理组织结构的扁平化、网络化、数据信息共享普遍化的逐步深入,组建一支具有活力的多专业学科团组是油藏经营人力资源管理的基本模式和实现地质-工程-经济评价协同化管理的精髓。成功的油藏经营管理取决于团组成员间的不断交流和交互作用。对协同化工作团组的管理及经济价值进行了讨论,提出了团组工作分析评价模式。

Abstract: The organizational structure of reservoir management is getting flatter, network and information-sharing are getting popular.The active multidisciplinary team should be built based on using network and sharing the integrated information.Hu-man resource management is essential for the team to realize the synergy of geology,engineering as well as economic evaluation.
Successful reservoir management depends upon teamwork and continuous interaction among team members.A synergy of team and its economic value has been discussed and work analysis of the team has been presented in this paper.
