摘要:

研究了HPG植物胶水基压裂液残渣对地层岩心的伤害,渗透性越差的地层岩心受残渣的伤害越轻;在HPG水基压裂液及其滤饼中,m(破胶剂)∶m(HPG)分别为125∶500和34∶500。提出了新的残渣处理剂LY—1,它能够强烈地溶蚀HPG胶水基压裂液残渣和滤饼,当w(LY-1)=8%时,溶蚀率>80%。

Abstract:

The damage of the residue of HPG-Gum water base fracturing fluids to formations was studied on core samples. It has been found that less permeable core samples experienced lower levels of damage by the residue. The value ofm(gum-dissolving agent):m(HPG-gum) was respectively 125∶500 and 34∶500 in the HPG-gum fracturing fluid and its filter cake. A novel residue-dissolving agent LY-1 has been developed, which can intensely corrode the residue and the cake, and the corrosion rate is over 80% whenw(LY-1) =8%.
