钻井用耐盐抗高温发泡剂的制备和性能研究

摘要:

为开发和控制低压低渗油气藏钻井工艺的需要,将十二醇在TBE催化剂存在下,与环氧氯丙烷作用,生成氯代脂肪醇醚Ⅰ,在NaOH溶液中进行环氧化得到中间产物Ⅱ,将Ⅱ和NaHSO3作用合成出阴离子表面活性剂AGES。用Waring Blender法对合成的产品在不同条件下的泡沫性能进行研究,结果表明,AGES起泡能力强,泡沫稳定性好,在Ca2+浓度为5 000 mg/L,矿化度为5.0×104mg/L的混合盐水中或有20%煤油存在下的泡沫性能均优于SDS和ABS,而且在250℃下滚动加热6 hr也很少分解。

Abstract:

A foaming agent AGES for drilling wells has been synthesized for meeting needs of drilling technology with low pressure, low permeability oil and gas reservoir. It is synthesized by reacting dodecanol with epicholorodydin under catalyst TBE to produce choloro-dodecanol etherⅠ, which epoxidated in NaOH solution to form intermediate productⅡ, and then reacted with NaHSO3to obtain an anionic surfactant AGES. The properties of the product were tested by Waring Blender. Results show that AGES has excellent performance in aqueous solution with Ca2+5000 mg/L, salinity 5. 0×104mg/L, or in 20% kerosene . It didn’t decompose when used in 250℃for 6 hours.
