复合段塞堵水技术的研究及应用

摘要: 深部堵水技术要求堵水剂用量少、成本低,传统的堵水剂不能满足这个要求,因此,研制了一种复合段塞堵水技术,它由两部分组成:可移动弱凝胶(MWG)和高强度的凝胶(PFG)。首先分别研制出MWG和PFG,然后将它们复配,通过单岩心实验和并联岩心驱替实验,发现复合段塞堵水剂性能好,用量少,适合深部堵水,并用实验得到的配方在克拉玛依油田成功进行了现场施工。室内实验和现场试验表明复合段塞堵水技术性能优良、价格便宜,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract: Based on the low cost and low agents of deep-water shutoff technique, we developed a complex slug deep-water shutoff technology. It is composed of two parts, one is movable weak gel (MWG), the other is a high strength gel (PFG) . The complex slug water shutoff methane is the combination of the
MWG and PFG, through the core and core flooding experiments, the conclusion that the technique is excellent performance and suitable for deep water shutoff was drawn. And the technique was successfully put into operation In Kelamayi OilField. The tests in laboratory and in oilfield have shown that
the complex-slug water-shutoff technology has a good future.
