胶筒系统接触有限元优化设计

OPTIMAL DESIGN OF PACKER ELEMENT SYSTEMS WITH CONTACT FINITE ELEMENT

摘要:

为了研究封隔器胶筒几何参数对密封性能影响,将套管、隔环、中心衬管和胶筒作为一个系统建立接触有限元优化设计模型。应用ANSYS的参数化设计语言APDL,编制其命令流。研究了几何特征参数和峰值接触压力之间的关系并进行了参数优化设计。结果表明:胶筒的总厚度对密封性能影响很大,胶筒子厚度对密封性能影响较小,胶筒的高度对密封性能的影响存在最优方案,接触倾角选取必须慎重。高度和接触倾角双因素优化设计结果显示:与初始方案相比,高度降低37.5%,接触倾角降低8.9%,峰值接触压力升高13.38%。

Abstract: In order to study the influence of geometrical parameters of packer element on its sealing function, ANSYS Parametric Design Language (APDL) is applied to program the contact finite element. By studying the relationship between geometrical parameters of packer element and its peak contact pressure and optimization of parametric variables, the results show that the total thickness of packer element has greater influence on its sealing function than the subthickness does. There is an optimum scheme for the height of packer element which influences the sealing function. The choice of contact angle between packer element and rings should be careful. Comparing to original plan, the optimum solutions shows that height and contact angle decrease 37.5%, 8.9% respectively, and peak contact pressure increases 13.38% by optimizing the height and contact angle.
