摘要: 本文简述了单牙轮钻头的工作原理和工作特性,采用空间解析几何学的方法,毫无简化地、完整地建立了单牙轮钻头几何学和运动学基本方程,通过台架试验对单牙轮钻头轴承载荷进行了测试分析,并根据单牙轮钻头运动基本方程编制了计算机仿真软件.采用本文的研究方法,能完成单牙轮钻头几何结构设计、性能设计,能在短时间内作出许多设计方案的对比。

Abstract: This paper briefly describes the operating principle and characteristics of the single spherical roller bit(SSRB). The geometric and kinematic basic equations of SSRB are established by means of space analytical geometry method F the testing analysis of the bearing load is made by the experimental method; the computer simulation program is designed according to the kinematic basic equation of SSRB. The designs of geometric structure and performance of SSRB can be made by the methods mentioned in this papeer,and the comparision of a number of design plans can be made in a short period of time.
