变温对地层结构稳定性和出砂的影响

摘要:

利用简化的二维有限元网格模型,计算分析了储集层内温度受到外界影响而升高或降低时,储集层内的应力分布,并通过应力分布规律和变化规律研究了各种不同作业环节可能对地层出砂造成的影响。结果表明,温度升高原油流动能力增强,而井壁及其附近地层的稳定性将可能降低,因此,保持地层稳定和提高原油流动能力相互矛盾,在稠油开采中有必要实现二者的协调统一。

Abstract:

The Stress distributions inside formation caused by temperature change were computed through simplified 2-dimension finite element model. The paper studied the possible effects of various kinds of operation on sand production through stress changes. The results indicated that stability of wellface and surrounding formation probably decreased with the increment of
the temperature, but increased flow ability of oil. So it is contradictory to keep formation stable and increase flow
ability of oil.
