摘要: 对液膜萃取法处理炼油厂含酚废水进行了研究,考察了乳化剂浓度、水相NaOH浓度、油
水比、乳水比、废水PH值、搅拌强度、萃取时间等时间等因素对除酚效率的影响,确定了最佳的萃取剂配方和最佳的工艺条件。用液膜萃取法处理炼油厂含酚废水,萃取时间快,除酚效率高(按近90%),能有效地消除含酚废水的污染。

Abstract: The liquid membrane extraction method is studied for treating the phenolic wastewa-ter produced in refinery. Some factors influencing the extraction efficiency are studied ex-perimentally, including the emulsifying agent concentration, sodium hydroxide concentra-tion, the ratio of oil volume to water volume, the ratio of emulsion fluid, PH value of wastewater, mixed strength and extraction time. The treatment of phenolic wastewater by
liquid membrane extraction methid can decrease the amount of phenol significantly and so it has bright applied prospect.
