Abstract: Before decision-making period, feasibility study and economic evaluation analysis should be done prudently. One important task is to forecast the investment in platforms. By analyzing the forecast methods at home and abroad and using the knowledge of Economics and Mathematical Statistics, this paper gives out a new forecast method which is much more efficient than those used in the past.
