Abstract: This paper comprehensively studies the oilfield—class programmed decision by means of system engineering and operations research. Connected with the input and output ,it also dixusses the conditions of exploration,development,construction,resourcea capacity and synthetical economica.On this basis,it establishes the systems of parameters and mathematical models,and develops special softwares,so that it offers a xientific creterion for oilfield decision. Once we apply the xheme of the programmed decision in the oilfield,we can save more tham 11-100 million yuan annually.
