Abstract:

This paper explores the optimal scheme problems of the distribution of crude oil production and investment by system engineering, and presence the ability model of oil fields and the program model of the Petroleum Ministry to meet the needs of national economy for crude oil. The present optimal scheme provides the scientific basis for the Petroleum Ministry in the distribution of oil output、 and fund among oil fields.
