ANALYSIS ON THE DIFFERENCE OF AREA ECONOMY AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF RESOURCE

Abstract

Abstract: The reason that the economy in China develops unevenly is analyzed from the aspects of development level of enterprises,infrastructure, fund application, state's consideration and talented personal. Aimed at existing industrial basis, rich natural resource, favorite environment and the policy of developing the
west, it is put forward that implementation of the policy of developing the west should focus on changing idea introducing the talented, and developing non-state owned economy, promoting the regional superiority, leap development, adjusting industrial structure, and realizing"The two changes".
