Abstract: Enterprise evaluation method is regarded as the operation and management of an enterprise, it plays a key role in enterprises’existence and development. Present enterprise evaluation methods are mainly financial evaluation,which is no longer scientific and efficient in economic era.Based on the long-time study on the shortcomings of traditional enterprise evaluation,
we come up with a completely new method of evaluating enter-prises—squared method of enterprise evaluation.
