    Based on formation mechanism of traps, the oil and gas pools in Baise basin can be classified into three types, including structural pool, stratigraphic-lithologic pool and complex pool, and these three types can be further divided into seven subtypes. These types of oil and gas pools are controlled by differ-
    ent petroliferous structural strata. The distribution of oil and gas pools is around the hydrocarbon generation depression and there are different types of oil and gas pools in different structural units. Up to date, the ratio of proved to total resources in the Baise basin is only 16.8% and the basin is still of great potential for petroleum exploration. The basin can be divided into six ac-
    cumulating units. According to analysis on resource potential of surplus oil and gas, the central faulted?sag-southern slope of the eastern depression, and the western depression are the main standby areas for petroleum exploration.

    The weighting method is taken to conduct the reservoir appraisement of the second sand bodies of the fourth member of Shahejie formation of fault block 81 in Dongpu depression.First, to choose effective thickness, porosity, permeability, oil saturation and shale content as the appraisal parameters; Then to normalize the parameters according to the maximum value;
    Next to calculate the comprehensive appraisal point according to the individual appraisal point and its relevant weight coefficient; Last to classify the reservoir. The appraisal results are as follows: Type I: the fifth sand body of the second sand bodies of the fourth member of Shahejie formation; Type II: the first,second, third and fourth sand body of the second sand bodies of
    the fourth member of Shahejie formation. Furthermore, the volumetric method is taken to calculate the oil reserves of the second sand bodies of the fourth member of Shahejie formation of Fault block 81. The research above lays a foundation for the next project setting of oil production.

    Recovery rate is one of key parameters of natural gas resource evaluation, which is important to natural gas recoverable resource calculation. By the study of the natural gas type and the influence factor and the recovery rate of the different natural gas reservoir and so on, much achievement has obtained. First, according to their lithology and drive type, natural gas reservoirs are divided into gas drive-clastic reservoirs, water driveclastic reservoirs, gas drive-carbonate reservoirs, water drive-ar-bonate reservoirs, and tight reservoirs. Second, recovery rate is influenced by formation water activity, reservoir permeability,abandoned strata pressure, etc. Third, recovery rate of gas drive-clastic reservoirs is 75%-90%, water drive-clastic ones 50%- 70%, gas drive-carbonate ones 80% - 95%, water drive-carbonate ones 55% -80%, tight ones 40% - 55%.Forth, new standard stands the test of actual data of natural reservoirs. In the end, recovery rate of natural gas in 4 main gas-bearing basins are analyzed and the results are: recovery rate of natural gas in Sichuan Basin is 50% - 60%, Ordos 55%, Qaidam 50%-60%, Tarim 70%.

    perimental study of petrophysical parameter varied with net overburden pressure. The experimental result is treated and analyzed ,some beneficial conclusion is obtained : Both that of the porosity of rhyolite volcanic rocks reservoir came along net overburden pressure submit polynomial(trinomial)function change relation; Both that of permeability of rhyolite volcanic rocks
    reservoir changed along with net overburden pressure satisfy power exponent relation; reservoir rock compressibility coefficient and net overburden pressure of compartment relation satisfied exponential relation type; rock densities and porosity contents corking linear relationship. The physical property charac-
    teristic of rhyolite volcanic rocks reservoir farther known knows clearly. This favorable base data is supplied for determining rational exploitation scheme of volcanic rocks gas reservoir.

    The influence of potassium chloride and potassium silicate on the rheology and filtration of drilling fluids has been studied.The formulation of the potassium silicate mud system has been established, that is 4% bentonite mud +3% potassium silicate+0.5% JT888-Ⅲ+3% FDJ-1 + 2% QS-2 + 2% TY540 +3% SMP-Ⅱ. Results indicate that the potassium silicate mud system has good properties on rheology, filtration and inhibi-tion, and is better than the potassium chloride mud system at the same dosage. Meanwhile, it has good thermal stability (120℃) and anti-contaminative ability(5% NaCl, 0.7% CaSO4).

    The Xishanyao J2x4reservoir in Luliang oilfield is a typical reservoir with bottom water, characterized by low amplitude structure, sand-mud laminated layers and complicated oil-water relationship. To improve the status that the water cut is raising rapidly, at the early stage of development, numerical simulation
    method is utilized to study the reasonable technical policies,such as ratio of water injection and recovery, timing of water injection and perforating level. The simulation results show that the reasonable injection-production ratio is 0. 7, that water should be injected after developing for one and half years, and
    that 50% perforating level is optimal. Such results have a good guidance for the development of this reservoir.

    With the development of fracturing technique, especially with the development of system fracturing in oil and gas reservoir, the technique of postfrac evaluation is increasingly valued.It is necessary to extensively improve and develop the corresponding test and interpretation. Based on P-3D model with
    pressure decline curve, a 3D model considered the pressure decline curve after fractured was established in this paper. the 3D model coupled with pressure decline curve can calculate effective fluid loss coefficient, closing time, fluid efficiency, formation stress intensity factor, fracture geometry parameters such as fracture length, fracture height, fracture width and other basic parameters. It can optimize the design of system fracturing in new oilfield and offer evidence for evaluating productivity in fractured well. A set of analysis software of 3D mathematical model for windows was developed, by which we can obtain the relevant parameters for post-fracturing evaluation. Some field
    examples showed that the 3D model analysis method was practi cal and more reliable.

    Based on result of the fine reservoir description and reserve calculation in H reservoir, with the application of fussy clustering analysis method, the quality of H reservoir is systematically evaluated according to single well, layers and sedimentary facies through the parameters such as reserve in per unit, porosity,permeability, average porous radius, variation coefficient and

    The slim tube test may be the most accurate method and can achieve duplicating results to determine the minimum miscibility pressure. Based on the home actual reservoir to implement carbon dioxide floods, we used the numeric simulation to simulate different influence factors on the minimum miscibility pressure, including the length, the diameter, and the porosity of
    the slim-tube and flooding velocity. It showed that the selections of the different slim-tube parameters influenced on the experimental results. The results of the numeric simulation can behelpful to guide slim-tube test so as to get the fitting minimum miscibility pressure.

    Basic requirements of acid fluid for acidizing treatment were analyzed in this paper based on the Badaowan formation with low-permeability in Yanqi Basin. a lot of experimental evaluations were made according to the oil and gas industry standard of China, and the type and concentration of the acid liquid

A compound-acid with good retarded property,low damage for the formation and excellent stimulation effect was given though choosing corrosion inhibitor, iron-control agent, clay stabilizer and cleanup additive in laboratory. A new acidizing technique was introduced and improved. The com-
    pound acid fluid and technology was successfully practiced 9 wells, and the great economic and social benefit was got.

    Using synthetic fluids of separate oil and gas samples from Ma36-5-5 well compounded according to gas oil ratio 24.7 m3/t, flooding experiments are conducted upon two groups of long real formation cores from Xinxia23and Xinxia24-5of Ma36 well block to research flooding efficiencies by nitrogen alternating foam water injection. Results show that the recovery enhanced by nitrogen alternating water injection with the core of Xinxia23is 6% or so and enhanced by nitrogen alternating foam water injection is 10% or so. And with the core of Xinxia24-5,the recovery enhanced by nitrogen alternating water injection is 3% or so, while enhanced by nitrogen alternating foam water
    injection is 8% or so. It is also demonstrated that the displacement efficiency by foam water alternating injection is more obvious, and the enhanced recovery is higher, but it needs longer injection time and bigger injection volume, and the injection pressure also rises quickly.

According to the testing theory of laser, it is considered that the change of the scatter section in gas and liquid phase led to the change of the intensity of light through the gas. We established a set of testing device of laser. The test equipment proceeded to test repeatedly at several temperatures,the results were compared with the Handbook of Physical Prop erties of Liquids and Gases, and it was proved that our results
    were more accurate than that of the Handbook. It provided the foundation to further study the phase change in the porous medium.

    A kind ofα.β-unsaturated derivative(2a—c)with isochro-
    man—4 has been obtained by ALDOL condensation reaction, in
    which the isochromanone reacts with aromatic aldehyde in presence of sodium hydroxide alcohol solution. And then a title compound(4a—c)with 83%-90% yield has been synthesized by the reaction of the(4a—c) and cyanoacetamide in ethanol solution containing sodium ethylateby Michel addition reaction.
    The title compound synthesized is similar to method by dehydrogenation in existence of element Se with piperidine as catalyst. The chemical structure of the synthesized compounds (4a—c) has been proved by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR analysis.

    The influence of alcohol (including butanol, dodecanol, tetrade-canol) and amine (including n-hexylamine and n-butyl amine) on viscosity of hydrophobically associating water-soluble polymersolution has been investigated in this paper. It has been shown that alcohols can enhance the viscosity of the polymer solution and the more alkyl carbon number of the alcohol the more notably increase of the viscosity of the polymer solution. The viscosity of the polymer solution decreases obviously because of addition of the amine including n-hexylamine and nbutyl amine.

    Based on experimental analysis of characteristic tempera tures, rheological parameters, crystallized paraffin amount and microstructure of simulative oil before and after the addition of depressant GY1, structure depression mechanism of waxy crude oil has been investigated. Results show that:①Depressant GY1 cannot prevent wax crystallizing and crystalline nucleuses
    forming but increases the crystallized paraffin amount.②For simulative oil with macrocrystal waxes, depressant GY1 can obstruct the growth of paraffin crystal, reduce their size and symmetry and increase their interaction and connecting trend. As a macroscopical result, the effect of pour point depression and viscosity reduction becomes worse.③For simulative oil with microcrystal waxes, depressant GY1 can promote the growth of paraffin crystal, increase their size, reduce their surface binding force and depress their interaction and connecting trend. As a macroscopical result, the effect of pour point depression and viscosity reduction is obvious.④The structure depression mechanism of waxy crude oil is the mechanism of increasing the size of paraffin particles, improving their symmetry, reducing their dispersivity, depressing their interaction and connection.

    Based on the well structure size and the drilling parameters, the characteristic of drill pipe reverse rotation, the calculating formula of the reverse rotation speed and its bending frequency was analyzed in detail. The rotation speed is not only in the drill pipe, but also the reverse rotation speed is in the drill
    pipe, its bending frequency is the sum of the drill pipe rotation speed and its reverse rotation speed. Under the certain drill pipe rotation speed, the reverse rotation speed of the drill pipe is related to the annulus gap ratio. The results indicated the measures prevented the drill pipe washout of Tarim oil field: 1. the rotation speed of the turntable should be controlled within 44.5-92.0 r/min; 2. Under the case of the certain drill pipe size, the casing size is increased to decrease the bending stress frequency; 3. The bottom hole dynamical drill tools were adopted. It provides the theoretical supports for the reasonable drill parameter selections of the deep well and extra-deep well.

    The casing failure and its distributing in Zhongyuan oilfield was analyzed in the paper. It was concluded that the main reason of casing failure was not enough strength to resist the high collapse load in the salt-rock formation. The performance of the TP130TT high strength-thick walled casing was verified in the study, it is proved that the TP130TT casing would satisfy with the casing collapse strength of Zhongyuan salt-rock formation.
