Abstract

Abstract: Genetic algorithm is a novel optimization method with the characteristic of global optimization and has the flexibility for solving various special cases.Its primary characteristics and applied status、researth method in the exploration and development of China are introducted in detail.Many successful examples show the particular advantage and the bright applied prospect.Finally，some advices are presented because of some problems in application.
